Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Account" — a user account registered with Trading Equities to access the Services.
"Assets" — any financial instruments offered by Trading Equities, including fiat currencies, cryptocurrency tokens, forex pairs, derivatives, or any tradable instrument.
"Company," "we," "us," "our" — Trading Equities.
"Platform" — the website, applications, software, and infrastructure through which Trading Equities offers Services.
"Services" — all products and functionalities provided by Trading Equities: trading, deposits/withdrawals, account management, analytics, support, or other features.
"User," "you," "your" — the individual (or legal entity) using the Platform and Services.
"Order" — any buy, sell, limit, market, or other trading instruction initiated by a User.
"Deposit" — any transfer of funds or assets from a User into their Account.
"Withdrawal" — any transfer of funds or assets from a User's Account to an external bank account or wallet.
"Margin Trading" — trading with borrowed funds or leverage when offered.
"KYC" — Know-Your-Customer verification process.
"AML" — Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Trading Equities is owned and operated by Maxrich Group LLC 24935IBC2018 First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building, Kingstown, SVG. By registering an Account with Trading Equities or using any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or Services.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering.
• Trading Equities may perform verification checks. You agree to submit identity documents or other requested proofs to comply with KYC/AML procedures.
• Failure to complete verification, or furnishing false information, may lead to suspension or termination of your Account and/or Services.

4. KYC / AML Compliance

Trading Equities operates under applicable AML and regulatory policies. We may:

• Require identity verification, proof of address, or other documents.
• Request financial origin proofs for deposits or withdrawals.
• Report suspicious transactions or accounts to relevant authorities if required by law.

You acknowledge and consent to these compliance checks when using the Services.

5. Services & Trading

5.1 Order Execution and Platform Functionality
Orders (market, limit, stop-loss, take-profit, etc.) will be processed subject to market conditions, liquidity, and platform availability. Execution is not guaranteed at a specific price — market volatility, slippage, or latency may affect the final result. Trading Equities does not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages may occur.

5.2 Margin & Leverage (if offered)
Margin or leveraged trading amplifies both potential gains and potential losses. If you use leverage, you accept full responsibility for risk of total or partial loss of capital. Failure to maintain required margin may result in forced liquidation without prior notice.

5.3 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits must originate from accounts or wallets legally owned by you. Withdrawals will be made only to wallets or bank accounts registered under your name. Trading Equities may impose withdrawal limits, processing fees, or require additional verification before approving a withdrawal. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be irreversible once sent.

5.4 Fees and Charges
All applicable fees (trading fees, spread, withdrawal/processing fees, inactivity fees, etc.) will be clearly disclosed on the Platform. Trading Equities reserves the right to modify fees at any time; changes will be announced to Users.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information or impersonate another person.
• Use the Services for fraudulent, money-laundering, or illegal activities.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or unauthorized software to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to manipulate market prices, perform wash trading, spoofing, or any abusive trading behavior.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Platform's security or operation.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials, and for all activity under your Account. You agree to notify Trading Equities immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or breach.

7. Risk Disclosure & No Guarantees

• Trading in forex and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk, including volatility, liquidity issues, regulatory changes, and possible loss of the entire investment.
• Past performance is not an indicator of future results.
• The value of cryptocurrencies and other digital assets may fluctuate dramatically.
• Trading Equities does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• You use the Platform at your own risk and should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other materials on the Platform belong exclusively to Trading Equities (or its licensors). You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise use these materials beyond what is strictly allowed under your User Agreement.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of Trading Equities entails submission of personal and financial data. We will process and store your data under the terms of our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR when applicable). By using our Services, you consent to such processing and storage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Equities, and its directors, employees, affiliates, or service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages (including trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage).
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access if you fail to secure your account.
• Any regulatory, legal, or tax consequences of your use of the Services.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trading Equities and its affiliates, employees, officers, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your misuse or abuse of the Services,
• Your violation of these Terms,
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights,
• Your negligent or fraudulent behavior.

12. Suspension, Freezing, or Termination of Account

Trading Equities reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to: suspend access to your Account and Services; freeze, withhold, or restrict any funds, deposits, or withdrawals; close or terminate your Account; or refuse future registration or transactions, in cases including, but not limited to: suspected fraud or money-laundering, violation of these Terms, legal or regulatory requirement, or security concerns.

13. Amendments to Terms

We may revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting the revised version on the Platform (with updated "Last Updated" date). Your continued use of the Services after the update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Trading Equities with respect to the Platform, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
